AI agents that do the repetitive work

Not a chatbot that reads from a script and breaks when someone phrases a question differently. An agent that understands what the customer wants, in Arabic or English, and can actually do something about it — then knows when to stop and pass it to you.

Where it earns its keep

Reception and triage

Answers the routine questions, books the routine appointments, escalates anything unusual with the full context attached.

Lead qualification

Asks the two or three questions that separate a real buyer from a browser, so you spend your time on the ones worth calling.

Order and quote intake

Captures a structured order from an unstructured message, which is where most manual re-typing and most mistakes come from.

Back-office grind

Reading documents, extracting fields, moving data between systems that were never designed to talk to each other.

When we will tell you not to

If the task happens five times a week, a person doing it is cheaper than an agent maintaining it. If a wrong answer creates legal or medical risk, it should not be automated without a human check in the loop. If your process is undocumented and lives in someone’s head, automating it will only encode the confusion. We would rather say this before you pay than after.

Questions we get asked

Does the agent handle Arabic properly, including dialect?

Modern Standard Arabic is handled well. Gulf dialect is workable but needs testing against your real customer messages, which is why we test on your actual conversation history before going live rather than assuming it works.

What stops it from inventing an answer?

We constrain the agent to your approved content and give it an explicit path to say it does not know and pass to a human. An agent that confidently invents a price or a policy is worse than no agent at all, so this is designed in from the start, not patched later.

Where does my data go?

We agree this before building, because Saudi Arabia’s PDPL places real obligations on personal data. We tell you which provider processes what, what is retained, and what stays inside your own systems, in writing.

Is this just a chatbot?

A scripted chatbot follows a decision tree and breaks the moment a customer phrases something unexpectedly. An agent reads intent and can take an action such as checking availability or creating an order. The difference matters most on the messages a script would drop.

What does it cost to run each month?

There is a build cost and a running cost, and the running cost depends on volume. We show you the expected monthly figure before you commit, so you are not surprised by a usage bill later.
